- Requirements: Both partners must be present, and witnesses are required. The process requires submitting documents to KLSCAH, which will then coordinate with JPN.
- Restrictions: Ceremonies are strictly held within KLSCAH premises, and attendee numbers may be limited based on current SOPs.
